Carl Stahl – world leader in producing and trading of material handling products – started using SAP Work Manager implemented by Msc Mobile and Sqilline. The App is now fully operating and running and was developed with two main goals in mind: to optimize Carl Stahl’s field services on the spot and to provide a secured service process for all its products.
Some of the customer’s specifications on building the app was development of an easy-to-use interface for inspection technicians; safety checks on different products by using the relevant safety guidelines depending on the specific country rules, or guidelines of the manufacturer; and etc.
The customer specific enhancements includes :
- Status Checklist functionality
- Change functional location of the equipments
- Customer data/ Business Partner
- Install/ Dismantle Equipments
- Create Service Report
With the enhancement features that we have developed based on standard SAP Work Manager app, Carl Stahl now is able to provide faster services, as getting real- time equipments visibility, and reducing time of inspection process with 30%.
